All orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours (from Monday to Friday / 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM).

Credit card: CARTE BLEUE, VISA, EUROCARD / MASTERCARD.
Bank transferts are not available.
Cash on delivery is only available in Switzerland.

We ship worldwide by postal package.

Returns and Refunds
Please do not return any items without contacting us by email or phone first.
Defective products must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

How buying stuff on this site?
1. Browse our catalogue and put the items you are interested in into your shopping cart.
2. When you are done, check that all the items you wanted are showing in your shopping cart by clicking on "your cart" link at right top of the screen.
Choose country for delivery and shipping option if it is specified (eg: stantard / express).
Then click on "check-out" button and sign in if you are already a registered member or create an account and enter your details.
